Todd Johns of Plowboys BBQ came up with a delicious horseradish sauce recipe, perfect on top of burnt ends, prime rib and other decadent meats that might make their way onto your holiday table or hors d’oeuvres platter.
Boulevard Pale Ale Horsey Sauce
- 6 tablespoons sour cream
- 4 tablespoons horseradish
- 2 tablespoons stone ground mustard
- Dash of kosher salt
- A few big splashes of Boulevard Pale Ale
Stir to combine and serve with your favorite red meat.
