WICKED WINGS RECIPE

Serves 4

  • 1 chicken breast, cut into bite sized chunks
  • 1 tablespoon paprika
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons cayenne
  • 2 teaspoons granulated garlic
  • 2 teaspoons black pepper
  • 2 teaspoons onion powder
  • 4 tablespoons Frank’s RedHot Sauce
  • 2 cups flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 2 quarts frying oil

WING SAUCE

  • Makes 1 1/2 cups
  • 1 cup Frank’s RedHot Sauce
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 2 teaspoons granulated garlic
  • 1 tablespoon Tabasco

To make sauce:

Mix all ingredients together in the blender. Season with salt as needed.

To make wings:

Mix the dry seasoning and the chicken. Toss with Frank’s RedHot Sauce and let marinade for 1 hour. Toss the chicken with the flour, then into the egg and milk mixture, then back into the flour.

Deep fry at 350ºF degrees until golden brown and the chicken is floating, about 4-5 minutes.

Remove from the grease and place on a pan lined with paper towels. Toss the chicken with the sauce and serve immediately.
