1. Brace yourself for a “Trainwreck”

Comedian Amy Schumer has had a banner year between the success of her Comedy Central series and the big buzz for “Trainwreck,” the film she wrote and stars in alongside “Saturday Night Live” alum Bill Hader and LeBron James. Reviews for the raunchy film are positively glowing, and you can catch it Thursday, July 16 at Cinetopia’s VIP party. 2. Get ready to ride

Gear up for the 6th annual Bikers for Boobies KC Summer Ride benefiting Cancer Action and their efforts to support local breast cancer patients. Register online here or at Rock & Brews Saturday, July 18 starting at 10 a.m., then it’s kickstands up at noon.

3. Build a snowman

You might be sweating it at the pool, but come Tuesday, July 21 it’ll be a snow day at Fat Brain Toys’ Toddler Tuesday. Little ones can play with indoor snow, make a snowman craft and enjoy a snow cone.

4. Drink
