Take Your Downward Dog Outside

Don’t waste a beautiful day practicing yoga in a studio when you could grab your mat and head outside.

You’ll find instructors and loads of like-minded yogis at these upcoming events that let you say Namaste to the great outdoors.

Yoga on the Pitch

No need to have soccer skills to score an athletic moment at Sporting Park. The pitch is the location of a May 2 yoga class led by lululemon athletica ambassadors and Pop-Up Yoga KC. The 60-minute all-levels class starts at 1 p.m. and raises money for The Victory Project and the Leukemia Lymphoma Society. Sign up for $50, which includes a free tank and chance to win prizes.
