Operation: War Fare

Take a taste of World War I-inspired cuisine at Operation: War Fare.

The “Iron Chef”-style competition pits chefs from Affäre, Grünauer, Renee Kelly’s Harvest and Webster House against each other Thursday, April 23 in the J.C. Nichols Auditorium at the National World War I Museum. The event begins at 5:30 p.m. with a cocktail hour and free World War I-themed amuse bouche from the competing restaurants, with the competition hosted by Ted Habiger of Room 39 kicking off at 6:30 p.m. Tickets are only $10; snag yours online now before they’re history.
