Happy Hour of the Week: Cafe Trio

Sip and savor to support SAVE, Inc.

Café Trio is serving up the best kind of happy hour: one that not only tastes good, but also does good too. On March 31, head over to the cozy establishment to enjoy a smorgasbord of appetizers while you socialize and network over a glass of red or white wine. Best part? It’ll only cost you $20.

Tickets are available at the door or for pre-purchase if you want to snag your spot early. All proceeds go directly to SAVE, Inc., which strives to empower socially and medically disadvantaged people to improve their health and lead stable lives with personal dignity.

Of course Café Trio is a perfect choice for happy hour any day, especially when you’re in the mood for a view—the restaurant’s patio offers a beautiful look at the Country Club Plaza. Monday is all-day happy hour and specials also 2 – 6 p.m. Tuesday through Thursday. Munch on a steak burger, fried pickles or loaded fries for only $5 or try a Tuscan shrimp pizza, P.E.I. mussels or crispy confit wings for $7. And don’t forget to try their Mac Daddy mac and cheese dish.

Wash it down with a variety of $3 beer bottles and drafts, $5 martinis, and $4 well cocktails and wines. All day Tuesdays you can get wines by the glass and bottles under $50 for half-off and specialty martinis for $5 Wednesdays. See the full happy hour menu at www.cafetriokc.com.
