Bread & Butter Concepts has acquired three Ingredient locations.
The restaurants at Leawood’s Park Place, 1111 Main Street, and Columbia, Missouri, will be rebranded by Bread & Butter Concepts, the company behind Gram & Dun, Urban Table, BRGR Kitchen + Bar and Taco Republic, as Ingredient True Eatery. The transformation includes small-scale remodels and a new menu focused on fresh, scratch-made food and café offerings. The Park Place location already underwent the changes with the other locations soon to follow.
In addition to the make-your-own-salad option Ingredient is known for, the menu features salads, sandwiches, burgers (and a make your own burger offering) and flatbreads. New additions also include a snack menu—featuring a hummus of the day, cave man wings in a spicy sweet and sour sauce and drunken meatballs, made with pork and bacon and served with a whiskey glaze and jalapeno cornbread—and heartier plates, including fish and chips, turkey lasagna, pibil tacos and chicken tenders.
