Quick & Healthy Recipe: T.Loft’s Glowing Green Smoothie

There’s nothing better than sampling a nutrition infused smoothie only to find it actually tastes great.

We borrowed a recipe from Katie Bartow, the assistant manager at T.Loft, for a delicious easy-to-blend smoothie guaranteed to get you glowing.

Glowing Green Smoothie

1 handful spinach

1 big branch of kale

1/2 lemon juiced

1/2 apple (frozen)

1/2 green pear (frozen)

1/2 cup coconut water

1/2 water (or cucumber juice)

3/4 cup ice

1 tbs ground flaxseed (optional)

Blend and enjoy!
