Lovers of Westport’s food and drink scene now have a lot to look forward to.
Bluestem has announced The Westport Collaborative Series, a collection of events that will feature Chefs Colby and Megan Garrelts working alongside other favorites from Westport and neighboring areas.
The collaboration kicks off with Port Fonda’s Patrick Ryan and Caitlin Corcoran coming to Bluestem on September 30. The evening starts with appetizers and a mescal cocktail reception followed by a five-course dinner with beer and cocktail pairings (call Bluestem for reservations).

January 25th: Bridger’s Bottle Shop and Preservation Market Beer Dinner with Alex Pope and Erica Pyles
February 22nd: Julep with Beau Williams and Keely Edgington
March 31st: Underdog Wine Dinner with Ryan Sciara
