Get a Buzz Chill with Kaldi’s Coffee Drink Recipes

Forget those uber-sweet artificially flavored frozen coffee drinks—our new favorite way to chill is the Toddy.

Love a caffeine boost but don’t relish the thought of sipping on a steaming hot cup of joe when it’s already steaming hot outside? Forget those uber-sweet artificially flavored frozen coffee drinks—our new favorite way to chill is the Toddy. The concentrated coffee drink, named for the Toddy cold-brew system ($34.95, available in Kaldi’s locations or online), has been showing up on the menu boards at the coolest coffee spots in town. We asked Kaldi’s Wyatt Johnson, lead barista at the Jefferson Street location on the Country Club Plaza, to share a few recipes. Check out his Crisp Bourbon Toddy cocktail the delicious (booze-free) Honey Almond Toddy.
