Fourth of July Roundup

It’s time to celebrate in the Land of the Free. We’ve rounded up a ton of great entertainment and deals going on Kansas City this holiday weekend in honor of our nation’s independence.

Fireworks and more

Kick off the 4th with Ward Parkway Four on the 4th. Kicking off at 7:30 a.m., this race goes for 4 miles along Ward Parkway and benefits The Shriner’s Hospital for Children. Register here

If you’re nostalgic for the days of cotton candy and carnivals, head over to Historic Downtown Parkville’s 4th of July carnival celebration. Starting at 7:00 a.m., the festival will feature a pancake breakfast, parade, carnival and firework show to wrap it all up. Click here for more information.

From 11p.m., KC Riverfest is kicking off at the Berkley Riverfront Park. For $5 only (children 12 & under are FREE) you can enjoy live music, delicious eats and of course, a spectacular fireworks show. Snatch tickets and more information available here.
