Simply Mac Opens Its First Kansas City Location

Mac lovers rejoice! Simply Mac, the nation’s largest Apple specialist, is opening its first Kansas City location on June 7 at Zona Rosa. The company sets itself apart from the traditional Apple store and other licensed Apple retailers with personalized customer service and its Smart Trade program. “Our goal is to make the technology buying process simple, and help customers make smart purchase decisions they will be happy with for years to come,” Simply Mac President Steve Bain says.

Simply Mac will accept trade-ins for any product — Apple, Non Apple, working or broken — and allow customers to put that credit toward anything in the store. It will also offer certified pre-owned Apple computers and iPads for purchase. “We are all Apple, all the time,” says Vice President of Marketing Pat Milligan.

When asked if he could give customers just one reason to shop at Simply Mac over other retailers: “I would tell them that it is all about the customer experience,” Milligan says. “We have a culture in our stores that is pretty amazing. There is a relationship that our customers build over time with our employees that is wonderful, and that makes a little more distinct than other places.”

Simply Mac also offers training classes and no appointment necessary repair service. For more information, visit simplymac.com and stop by the store in Zona Rosa in space A-113.
