The city’s newest pizza place has opened its doors for the summer.
Pizza Manifesto embraces a simple approach to everybody’s favorite Italian export.
“We want to create flavors for our guests to savor, and not just see how thick we can pile on toppings,” says General Manager Bryan Grissell.
The fast-casual concept lets you see the ingredients that go into it your pizza at the counter and watch while it is being made. The restaurant serves only 12-inch pies with a crust that consists of just Neapolitan milled flour, sea salt, salt and fresh yeast mixed with water, but diners can get creative with toppings or order one of three signature pizzas, including the Quattro Formaggi with fresh mozzarella, ricotta, fontina and gorgonzola.
