Between the opening of Union Hill’s Barrel 31 and the soon to open Julep in Westport, whiskey is having a major moment. Jump on the bandwagon with our award-winning hometown distillery’s Spirits Dinner, which pairs Dark Horse’s spirits and craft cocktails with dishes prepared by Renee Kelly of Renee Kelly’s Harvest and Brian Archibald of Rosso at Hotel Sorella along with desserts from Sasha’s Baking Co.’s Carter Holton.
Breads served during the meal will include the Who Grain Rye, made from Dark Horse Distillery’s spent grain, and courses include spring vegetables in a chamomile broth, crispy head cheese with a slow poached farm egg and espresso-rubbed lamb loin among other delectable dishes for $60 per person.
