Get Ready for the Kansas City Spring Parade of Homes

Take a peek at some of our favorite entries around the KC metro.

There’s no point trying to deny it: we’re nosey. Maybe not poke-around-in-the-bathroom-cabinets nosey, but definitely nosey enough to look up the realtor’s listing when that fabulous house around the corner goes on the market.

So naturally, we’re pretty jazzed about the upcoming Spring Parade of Homes, organized by the Home Builders Association of Greater Kansas City (KCHBA). The annual event offers the chance to tour newly built homes all around the metropolitan area, from townhouses just a stone’s throw from the lively Country Club Plaza to suburban family homes, like these built by Rodrock Homes (and beautifully styled by Twigs Interiors).

Although the free event runs from April 26 to May 11, you’d still be hard-pressed to peek into all of the featured houses (there are more than 375!), so use the home search tool at kcparadeofhomes.com to narrow your options.
