Kansas Citians have a new spot to grab a burger.
BurgerFi, a Florida-based company that specializes in all-natural Angus burgers with a wide array of toppings, hand-cut French fries, craft beers and wine and natural frozen custards and concretes, is moving into the Midwest and opening in Park Place on Friday, May 2.
While the new restaurant serves up plenty of classics, BurgerFi also throws in a few tantalizing twists, like the Brisket Burger made with 28-day dry-aged ground brisket, Swiss cheese, and blue cheese, a chicken hot dog stuffed with apple morsels and a green-style option that lets diners sub crisp lettuce for the bun on burgers and hot dogs.
Fries can be ordered with a variety of seasonings and toppings, but it might be the sweet treats that we’re most looking forward to trying thanks to items like the Red Velvet Milkshake and Key Lime Concrete.
