The breakfast basic is getting a dramatic makeover on March 13.
To celebrate the release of local author Rachel Ellyn’s new book, “You’re Toast,” which follows a little slice’s journey to be transformed into a gourmet dish, Jasper’s Ristorante presents a culinary salute to the often overlooked breakfast food.
The four-course meal features offerings from local chefs, including Story’s Carl Thorne-Thomsen, Louie’s Wine Dive’s Jaci Shelby and Jasper Mirabile Jr. himself. Enjoy toast tartlets, chicken parmigiano with garlic toast, French toast bread pudding and other dishes made even tastier thanks to Chef Craig Adcock’s “toasty” cocktails.
