First Annual Cupid’s Undie Run

McFaddens, February 15, Noon, KC Power & Light District

Cupid’s Undie Run Let’s You Fundraise Your Pants Off, Literally.

Explore your wildest Valentine’s Day philanthropic fantasies and strip down to your skivvies with thousands of other people at Kansas City’s first Cupid’s Undie Run, taking place on Feb. 15 at McFadden’s in the Power & Light District. The annual Valentine’s-themed marathon brings together half-naked runners in 27 U.S. cities (and Sydney, Australia) to raise money for the Children’s Tumor Foundation. Express your hatred of pants and be a part of the community trying to raise more than $3 million for cancer and neurofibromatosis research.

Anyone over 21 is invited to get cupid at this fun-filled, pants-free fundraiser. The more you fundraise, the more cool stuff you’ll get like a sexy pair of Cupid’s underwear for race day and entry into a VIP open bar. And don’t worry, slowpokes. Cupid’s Undie Run isn’t actually a race. Everyone is encouraged to run the under-a-mile course together for body warmth. The fun begins at the pre-run party at noon and ends at 4 p.m. Registration after Feb. 1 costs $50. Put a little hilarity in your charity.
