From an authentic and innovative Mexican restaurant born out of an Airstream trailer to a master of Italian cuisine that dedicates himself to food and family, and from two true TV stars who chose our town to expand their restaurant reach to the innovator who introduced us to tapas, these chefs and restaurateurs are leaving an indelible mark on a place that feels as passionately about them as they do about their trade.
