Prairie Village Shops welcomes the newest culinary destination from the Quillec family in November.
The Quillec family of Café Provence is happy to announce the opening of their new store, The French Market. Slated to open November 2013 in the Prairie Village Shop on Tomahawk, French Market will provide Café Provence’s house-crafted food items, such as vinaigrettes, Chef Daniel’s famous soups, stews, flavored butters, CP Coffee, French-style cookies and much more. Fine selections of great artisan food and table wares from France will also be available to the public.
The French Market is a celebration of food eaten daily in the country, rather than the typical French restaurant standbys. It will truly be any Francophile’s dream grocery shopping experience.
The Quillec family’s Café Provence has been serving French Provençal cuisine to Prairie Village for 12 years. Traditionally-prepared soups and salads accompany snails dressed in garlic and parsley butter and duck breast with wild red rice. And, of course, the dessert menu is outstanding and includes crepes, a caramel flan and fruit tart.
