Les Bourgeois Vineyards, a Missouri-based vineyard and winery in Rocheport, Mo., has promoted Rachel Mills to CEO.
Mills began her career at Les Bourgeois Vineyards as the catering manager in 2006. She held that position for a year before being promoted to marketing director in 2007.
Prior to joining Les Bourgeois Vineyards, Mills graduated from the University Of Missouri with a degree in finance and a minor in marketing. Upon graduation Mills began a position at Missouri Employers Mutual before pursuing her passion – food, wine, hospitality & marketing.
