The American Restaurant Names Michael Corvino Exec Chef

The American Restaurant is pleased to announce the appointment of Michael Corvino as their new Executive Chef.

Prior to joining the award winning team at Kansas City’s only Forbes Four-­‐Star and AAA Four Diamond Award recipient, Chef Corvino served as the Executive Sous Chef at the Rosewood Mansion on Turtle Creek in Dallas, Texas. Over a decade of five-­‐star hospitality experience and a passion for taking diners on a culinary journey have contributed to Chef Corvino’s development of his signature, flavorful cuisine.
