Cassie Blankenship’s business sense proved to be a knockout for Kansas City’s Title Boxing Club.
When Cassie Blankenship was nominated as a Rising Star, she was regional director with Title Boxing Club. By the time the 29-year-old won the award, she had been promoted to national club opening manager. The reasons behind the promotion are obvious. When Blankenship started with Title Boxing Club, the franchise was barely underway with just three branches. Today, the company has more than 500 franchisees. “We’re growing so fast,” she says.
The growth seems to keep pace with Blankenship’s busy schedule. She conducts sales and operations training seminars for Title Boxing Club and provides support to club owners around the country. She’s also credited with boosting active memberships at Title Boxing facilities and upping cash flow for franchise owners.
Working toward the completion of her MBA—her second master’s degree—Blankenship supplements her Title Boxing workouts with participation in road races and other sporting events. “I just love being in an environment where people are trying to improve themselves,” she says.
