Looking good while going for the feel-good endorphins

With the weather being so tame, it’s nice to be able to get outside, jump in the pool or even take on a second workout class. The art of being healthy should be a goal to take on this season. It’s not all about how you look–It’s about how you FEEL. Just like with your closets, if you start out with the basics of motivation, such as getting your gear into action and picking out fabulous garments that are going to get you to the top of your game, then feeling fabulous is just a step away!
Things to consider when becoming a fitness fashionista:
1) Pick an activity that is both fun and one that will get your heart rate pumping. (Tennis, Swimming, Yoga, Jump Rope, Running, Hiking…The possibilities are endless, both for physical payoff and style options.)
2) Select a proper ensemble for your activity of choice. Chafing is most definitely not welcome. Comfort is the key, but be certain that the materials used are antimicrobial. This will protect you from toxins seeping back into your cleansed bod!
3) Feel confident in your skin! Working out is hard, period. Be a cheerleader for yourself and others, and wear the enthusiasm out loud! Hey, if you have to get a shirt that says, “I can do it!” then get one. It’s also justifiable to splurge a little bit on some new, fun workout clothes–just make sure they actually get used.
